SS Flexi Burrs – Specialty Flexible Shaft Carbide Burrs by Super Auto Tools
Super Auto Tools proudly introduces the SS Flexi Burrs range—precision-engineered flexible shaft carbide burs designed for specialized cleaning, finishing, and machining applications across a variety of materials. The superior performance of these burrs is a result of the optimal combination of factors such as shape, flute count, spiral angle, rake angle, and precise concentricity.

Key Benefits of SS Flexi Burrs:
- Enhanced Safety & Stability - Precision concentricity reduces vibration, ensuring smoother operation and operator safety
- Extended Tool Life – Minimizes wear on power tools for longer-lasting burrs
- Smooth & Efficient Operation – Reduces chatter and provides superior finishes on all surfaces
- Consistent Performance – Prevents chatter marks, ensuring clean and precise cuts.

Optimal Usage Guidelines for SS Flexi Burrs:
To achieve best results and extended tool life, follow these usage recommendations:
- Operate at maximum RPM for optimal cutting performance. Avoid speeds below 3000 RPM, except for specific applications (e.g., stationary machines or when countersinking with a fully immersed burr).
- Use high-quality chucks and collets to ensure concentricity and prevent chipping, tool runout, and premature wear.
- Reduce RPM for heat-sensitive materials (e.g., stainless steel, titanium alloys) to prevent overheating, discoloration, and tool damage.
- Increase speed for light cutting tasks (deburring, chamfering, surface finishing) up to twice the standard rate for better results.
- Apply suitable lubricants (e.g., grease, kerosene, chalk) when working with sticky materials to prevent tool loading and improve cutting efficiency.
- Avoid excessive pressure – SS Flexi Burrs are designed for high-speed, light-pressure applications, ensuring precision and longevity.
Available Cut Types for SS Carbide Burrs
